01 · What I watch

I read the noise, so you don't have to.

Today in AI: what I'm watching, so you don't have to.

02 · What I believe

Every system starts as a belief.

Memories

  • My father's shop, age 15. Where I learned business: customers, margins and turning up every day.
  • Cardiff University. MSc in Computer Science, after a software engineering degree in Greece.
  • KLA. My first chapter: software in the semiconductor industry.
  • Companies House. Software for the UK government.
  • ARAG UK. Legal insurance tech. I started as the sole developer for 500 people.
  • Natech. AML Product Owner. I brought AI into the team’s processes and the product.
  • On my own. Since October 2026: helping founders and their teams put AI to work.
  • The first sale. September 2018. My first ever online sale. I cried from happiness.
  • What I changed after 100 sales. After 100 sales I stopped dropshipping. I couldn't give customers the service I wanted, so I held my own stock.
  • 2,000 handwritten notes. I wrote a handwritten message to each of my first 2,000 customers. Slow, and nobody asked for it.
  • From $5 a day to $3,000. My ads went from $5 a day to $3,000 at peak. Some days my partner and I packed 200 orders.
  • 12,000 customers, 22% came back. My jewellery store served 12,000+ customers. 22% came back. The best school I ever went to.
  • What stopped the store. In 2020 shipping got three to four times slower and dearer. The one part I didn't control stopped my store.
  • Dishes and toilets at 19. At 19 I washed dishes and cleaned toilets in bars. I've earned my own money since my teens.
  • Making code run faster on GPUs. Both my dissertations were on making algorithms run faster on Nvidia GPUs. Speed has always been my thing.
  • Too niche to stay. After five years in semiconductors I left. It made me valuable to one employer, not to the market.
  • Closer to the business. I never wanted to write code all my life. I wanted to be closer to the business.
  • February 2023. February 2023: one of the first paying ChatGPT users. That's when I saw what kind of change we're living through.
  • Twice, alongside a job. Twice I ran a business alongside a job. Alongside is a way to start, not a way to stay.

03 · Who I listen to

No prescription before I've listened.

It starts with you talking. No recommendation before I understand how your business really works.

04 · What I say

Plain English about AI, out loud.

05 · What I've done & what I can do

Processes, automated. AI, inside the product.

What I run for myself

  • The 4:30am news desk. At 4:30 every morning an agent reads the last day's AI news, picks ten and briefs me by 7:15.
  • An inbox that drafts, never sends. At 7:20 on weekdays my assistant labels my inbox, archives the noise and drafts replies. I send.
  • My week, planned beside what happened. Every Sunday an agent plans my next week in a separate calendar, beside what actually happened.
  • A voice agent for customer service. I built a voice agent that answers customer service calls for my business, to show what voice AI can do.
  • A second brain that backs itself up. Every night my skills, documents and builds back up to a private second brain. Agents must know you first.

06 · How it connects

Four moves. Know, build, amplify, extend.

The AI Edge Framework.

  • KNOW · Eyes & ears · see clearly first
  • BUILD · Hands · make the systems
  • AMPLIFY · Mouth · be seen doing it
  • EXTEND · Heart · bring everyone

07 · Why

I help people and businesses. Right now, AI is how.

  • For good and for profit. AI should do both: help people and pay its way.
  • People first. I help people and businesses. Right now, AI is how.
  • Listen before prescribing. No recommendation before I understand how your business really works.
  • Brute force first, optimise later. Brute force first, optimise later. Get one thing working, then improve it.
  • 200 that perform like 1,000. A company of 200 should perform like a company of 1,000, and still employ all 200.
  • Ignored, not invested in. People leave when they feel ignored, not when they feel invested in.
  • Through an entrepreneur's eyes. The world would be better if everyone saw it through an entrepreneur's eyes, even if they never start a business.
  • I count the families. A 100-person company affects 300 or more lives once you count families. So I count the families.
  • Keep hiring juniors. Today's juniors are tomorrow's seniors. Stop hiring them and one day nobody knows how your business works.
  • Fix it before you speed it up. Faster gives you more of what you already have. Fix the service first, then add AI.
  • Read-only first. Start an agent on read-only. Let it earn the rest. My inbox assistant has never sent an email.
